April 21, 2021: Webinar on TX Governmental Alternative Fuel Fleet Grant Program

The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) will hold a webinar on its upcoming Governmental Alternative Fuel Fleet Grant Program (GAFF) on Wednesday, April 21, 2021, at 1 PM.

TCEQ will award GAFF grants on a competitive basis to government fleets (including school buses) to purchase or lease new on-road, light-duty, or heavy-duty vehicles that operate on alternative fuels including propane autogas as well as provide infrastructure grants.

Eligible counties include:
North Texas: Collin, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Henderson, Hood, Hunt, Johnson, Kaufman, Parker, Rockwall, Tarrant & Wise.
East Texas: Gregg, Harrison, Rusk, Smith & Upshur counties.
Golden Triangle: Hardin, Jefferson, and Orange counties.
Greater Houston/Gulf Coast: Brazoria, Chambers, Fort Bend, Galveston, Harris, Liberty, Montgomery, and Waller counties.
Central Texas: Bastrop, Caldwell, Hays, Travis, and Williamson counties.
South Texas: Bexar, Comal, Guadalupe, Nueces, San Patricio and Wilson counties.
West Texas: El Paso county.
